United Arab Emirates
Within the UAE, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit (gift vouchers) are available, provided the request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders
For all international orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Be free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, smoke, or any other odors

  • Have no makeup stains or marks

  • Include all original tags and packaging

Timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exclusions

  • Items that have been altered are not eligible for exchange

  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned

Customs Refusal / Rejected Shipments

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges imposed by their country. If a shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or not accepted by the customer at customs for any reason, all resulting costs, including return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and any other related expenses, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
