We ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to destinations available at checkout.
Our UAE delivery options may include:

4-hour delivery: Eligible Dubai orders placed before 12:00 PM UAE time.

Same-day delivery: Eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM UAE time for Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, with delivery by 10:00 PM UAE time.

Complimentary next-day delivery: Eligible UAE orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time.
All delivery options are subject to the coverage, conditions, and availability described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.
International shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law if an order is delayed, lost, or not delivered as required.
8. International Customs and Import Charges
International customers are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply in their destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by destination authorities.
If an international shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because applicable charges are not paid, any resulting cancellation or refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping and Return Policies.

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours to submit a standard return request. This notification period does not replace or restrict any mandatory statutory withdrawal period or other consumer rights.
